Ziggo: Broken NIT provider

@Loki, do you know anything about getting mythtv to work on "broken NIT" networks? Following the walkthrough at Channel_tuning_broken_with_DVB-C#modified_mythic.pl_solution does not give my any video not EIT data. My setup used to work fine until they started moving around frequencies at Ziggo.
